What this is
Hot water extraction pushes heated water and solution into the pile, then pulls it back out with the dirt. It is the method agents mean when a lease says the carpet must be professionally steam cleaned.
We give you a dated receipt naming the property, because the agent will ask for it and a photo of clean carpet is not enough.
Carpet needs four to eight hours to dry, longer in humid weather. Keep windows open and fans on. Do not put furniture back on damp carpet. Book the carpet last, after the rest of the clean, so nothing walks dirt back over it.
